NanoCeram is a light-curing, tooth-shaded ceramic-hybrid resin engineered for high-performance 3D printed dental restorations. With 50–70% inorganic filler content and a low-viscosity formulation, it delivers a balance of reliable DLP printability, mechanical strength, dimensional accuracy, and natural-looking aesthetics.
Designed for modern restorative workflows, NanoCeram is indicated for fixed hybrid dentures (All-on-X), single crowns, multi-unit bridges, veneers, long-term provisionals, inlays, and onlays. Its highly filled ceramic composite matrix is built for strength, wear resistance, and long-term stability, with a shade-stable, translucent appearance intended to closely match natural dentition.
Key Features:
FDA Cleared & Biocompatible: Class II material manufactured with certified biocompatible components suitable for direct intraoral use.
High Mechanical Performance: Flexural strength >120 MPa and flexural modulus >4200 MPa for demanding single-unit and full-arch applications.
High Wear Resistance: Withstands functional and occlusal loads without compromising surface integrity.
Natural Aesthetics: Shade-stable, translucent appearance designed to closely match natural dentition.
Low-Viscosity Formulation: Smooth handling and reliable printability, with a viscosity of 1000–2000 mPa·s.
Available Shades: A1, B1, Hollywood Bleach, and OM3
Validated Printers:
SHINING 3D: AccuFab-L4D
Asiga: MAX / MAX 2 / Ultra / 4K
