FOUR SIMPLE STEPS
From Order To Activation
Order online: Select your plan, accept the terms, and pay the initial fee (setup + first month) in one transaction. Payment is processed securely.
Dongle ships: We place your license with exocad. Your USB dongle ships within about a week with tracking.
We install with you: Our team schedules a guided remote installation, sets up DentalCAD, and verifies your my.exocad account.
Activation: Your first month begins the day the license goes live, not the day you ordered. Monthly billing starts from month two and is charged 5–10 days in advance.
POLICY
Important Terms & Refunds
One initial payment: Setup + first month + one-month license reserve are charged together at checkout. Monthly billing begins from the second month after activation.
Dongle shipping: A one-time dongle shipping fee of $25 is added at checkout. It is charged only once and is separate from the subscription. Shipping is available to U.S. addresses only.
License reserve: Because monthly licenses have no grace period, your initial payment includes one extra month held as a reserve. If a renewal payment fails, the reserve keeps your license active for that month while you update payment. On a clean cancellation, the
reserve becomes your final month.Activation day is billing day: Subscription starts only when the license is activated. Time spent waiting for the dongle is never charged.
Billed in advance: Renewals are charged automatically 5–10 days before each renewal date.
Failed payments: The reserve month covers you while you update your payment. If the issue is not resolved before the reserve ends, the license is deactivated. Restarting later requires a new license and a new setup fee.
Cancellation: You may cancel monthly at any time. However, per exocad’s rules, a cancelled monthly license cannot be reactivated. Re-subscribing means a new license and a new initial fee.
U.S. licenses only: These licenses are only for use inside the United States. Any use outside the U.S. (including via VPN or remote desktop) is not permitted and results in deactivation without refund.
Activation requirements: An exocad USB dongle and a U.S.-registered my.exocad account are required. The dongle is shipped from exocad. We will help you set up and verify your my.exocad account during the onboarding.
Bank payments: Bank transfers (ACH) may take up to 2–5 business days for processing. Ordering the license, shipping the dongle, and activation only begins once Stripe confirms the payment has gone through.
